About Jan Seva Kendra

Janseva Kendra an initiative of the Raneeth Solutions India Private Limited “with aim to support make India Digital ” to create a facility center at State Level - The state level agency (SLA) and Village level entrepreneur (VLE) with state of the art facility for providing G2C (Government to Citizens) G2B (Government to Businesses), G2E (Government to Employees), G2G (Government to Governments), C2G (Citizens to Governments), B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer)Services to citizens. The center has been envisaged to act as a model center at the State level under the project. Jan Seva Kendra is envisaged to address the service requirement of rural citizen rural Common Service Center for Government, private and social sector services assistance.

Jan Seva Kendra has designed the Plan with the vision of providing A to Z Products & Services online and offline of government / Private / Social services assistance in an integrated manner at the doorstep of the citizen, at an affordable cost. Jan Seva Kendra initiates 29 states Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Gujarat, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Bihar, West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Jharkhand, Assam, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Kerala, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Goaand 6 UTs Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Delhi, Puducherry, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Chandigarh, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep

Janseva Kendra Common Service Center (CSC) Scheme

Common Services Centers are meant for the front-end delivery points for Government, private and social sector services to citizens of India. The idea is to develop a platform that can enable private and social sector organizations to integrate their social and commercial goods for the benefit of rural population of IT as well as non-IT services.

Provide citizen centric service assistance of the state and central governments in a convenient and efficient manner across rural India. Enhance the accountability, transparency and responsiveness of the government / Private / Social services assistance to its citizen′s needs. Provide efficient and cost effective methods of service delivery to departments and agencies. Train village level entrepreneurs in business and IT management skills Empower the rural citizen through information distribution and markets

The Structure of the Jan Seva Kendra CSC Scheme

Jan Seva Kendra CSC Project implementation and operational structure is a two layered structure, that includes State Level Agency (SLA) & Village Level entrepreneur (VLE)

Jan Seva Kendra - Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE)JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator

The VLE is the key to the success of the Jan Seva Kendra CSC operations. A good VLE would be the one who has good entrepreneurial skills, strong social commitment as well as respect within the community. The VLE would manage the CSC business at the ground level. Selection and proper training of the VLE would play a vital role in effective implementation of the Jan Seva Kendra CSCs. The VLEs would report to the SLA.

Jan Seva Kendra- State Level Agency (SLA)

At the second level would be the agency designed for state level - The State Level Agency (SLA) – (if that concerned state having below 10 districts only)to facilitate implementation as well as provide policy guidelines from time to timeG2B (Government to Businesses), G2E (Government to Employees), G2G (Government to Governments), C2G (Citizens to Governments), B2B (Business to Business), B2C (Business to Consumer)services. The SLA would be the prime driver of the Jan Seva Kendra CSC systems. The SLA would be the owner of the Jan SevaKendra CSC network in predefined areas of operations in the state. The SLA would undertake activities such as identifying the required applications and services, harnessing the state network, identify and training the VLE, establishing the Jan Seva Kendra CSC, supplying, aggregating and updating content and services and so on. The SLA would be supported by the Jan Seva Kendra to implement the Jan Seva Kendra CSC Scheme all over the State.

District Level Agency – District Level Franchisee (DLA)

JANSEVA KENDRA an initiative of Raneeth Solutions India Private Limited with aim to support make India Digital, is in the process of expanding the Distribution network District wise (if the state having more than 10 districts we will provide District Level Agency – District Level Franchisee (DLA) only.To provide more nearest support and Service for all VLEs, so there we will provide district wise Agencies called District Level Agency – District Level Franchisee (DLA) across India to avail and reach our products & Services to all through VLE. District Level Agency – District Level Franchisee (DLA) will provide information, solutions & Support to Village Level Entrepreneur- Village Level Franchisee (VLE) for their requirements in their area. The Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator

The Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) is the first and the foremost Part of Government, private and social sector services assistance scheme. The company is to select VLEs as per selection criteria suggested by Company.

Responsibilities of the VLE

Effective Service Delivery :

The VLE- JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator will provide all the services to citizens. Jan Seva Kendra CSC, through his Jan Seva Kendra CSC will act as a service delivery point where he delivers services through which the population of the catchments area benefits.

Sales and Promotion:

The VLE - JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator will be actively involved in the sales process of the products and services given to him by all his skill and social relationship.

Relation with government / Private / Social service assistance functionaries:

The VLE - JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator shall maintain cordial relationship with government / Private / Social services assistance functionaries at the local level. The VLE- JANSEVA KENDRA CSC Operator will ensure without any prejudice to provide all services to the citizens.
